The Council of Europe is implementing the project “Strengthening the Institutional Capacities of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) of the Republic of Moldova” for the period April 2024 – March 2026. The initiative aims to reinforce the SCJ’s ability to deliver justice aligned with European standards, by improving internal procedures, ensuring the consistent application of the law, and enhancing transparency and public trust.

One of the key pillars of the project (Lot 3) is dedicated to strengthening the Court’s communication and public relations capacity. This includes developing strategic communication tools, improving the digital media presence, facilitating media relations, and building internal communication competencies among SCJ staff.

VTG SYNERGY has been selected under Lot 3 of the Council of Europe framework contract (Contract No. BH9211/2024/6) to provide local consultancy services in the area of strategic communication and public relations.

The company will support the SCJ with:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy.
• Enhancing the SCJ’s visibility and digital presence through tailored media content and campaigns.
• Creating tools for crisis communication and media interaction.
• Delivering trainings to SCJ staff on public speaking, media relations, and judicial communication.
• Monitoring and evaluating communication impact to ensure long-term effectiveness.

This engagement aligns with our mission to contribute to the transparency and modernization of public institutions in Moldova, strengthening democratic governance and access to justice.
