VTG SYNERGY was selected by I.P. Keystone Moldova—under the EU-funded Local Partnerships for Energy Efficiency in Social Services project—to develop Local Integrated Energy and Climate Plans (PLIECs) for several Moldovan municipalities. This initiative strengthens local planning capacity, accelerates the transition to sustainable energy, and aligns municipal policies with national climate goals.
